Frank Ducar

Frank Ducar, a U.S. Army veteran, has been a pivotal figure in the veterans' community for many years. A past commander of American Legion Post 147, he continues to serve as the post's Finance Officer, overseeing financial operations and facility management, including rentals.

Frank's dedication extends beyond administration—he actively participates in the Clovis Rodeo, flag retirement ceremonies, and plays a key role in organizing the annual Memorial Day Golf Tournament. This event brings together multiple veterans' organizations to raise essential funds for local veteran support.

He was also instrumental in founding the American Legion Riders, furthering his commitment to veteran advocacy. Frank’s passion for service is reflected in his involvement with the Memorial Day Golf Tournament, American Legion Baseball, and the American Legion Riders, reinforcing his lifelong dedication to the veteran community.
