Ron Sundquist was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 2007. He could be found walking around Old Town Clovis carrying his brief case and wearing his signature cowboy hat. But Ron did more than just walk about. He was known as a walking encyclopedia of the social history of Clovis. Ron's other talents will leave a more lasting impression on the city. He is quite an artist and for years he has decorated store windows and facades. You can find murals and paintings at many Clovis stores including Yosemite Falls Café. His portraits of well-known Clovis resident are sketched above the museum's doors. He is also appreciated for his photography. City events and residents are memorialized through Ron's pictures and the Clovis Chamber has named him its official photographer.
