Bob Hull was inducted in 2000 for The Spirit of Clovis award. Bob was the Caltrans Project Manager for Freeway 168 and a strong supporter of the freeway. Bob ushered the project through community and needed approval hurdles. It was a phenomenal speed in which it was constructed and only someone of Bob's nature could have done it so successfully. We are proud that Bob has chosen to live in Clovis and be a part of our community.
