Ben & Susan Frantzich

Born in Visalia, California, to Eugene and Lynne Ford, Susan Frantzich grew up with her two sisters, Tricia Coffman and Nancy Ford. Her family moved to Clovis in 1960, where she graduated from Clovis High School in 1964 before attending Fresno City College and Fresno State. Susan embarked on a successful real estate career after passing her exam in 1970, joining Smith Realty. An adventurous spirit, she spent over 30 years showing horses and enjoys skiing at Shaver Lake. A dedicated grandmother, she cherishes time at the family ranch and watching her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Susan married Ben Frantzich in 1970, building a life centered on family, hard work, and community service. Ben, a Vietnam War veteran and Clovis Rodeo member for 50 years, had a distinguished career, retiring as Vice President of Operations at Stewart N Nuss. Together, they raised their children, Chad, Heather, and Kelly, and now take pride in their five grandchildren. Ben and Susan have remained deeply involved in Clovis, with Ben volunteering at the VA and Clovis Veterans Memorial District and Susan serving on the Board of Directors of the Clovis Rodeo and the Clovis Veterans Memorial District for decades. Their legacy is one of resilience, love, and unwavering dedication to family and community.
