Serafina Franco

Seferina Franco was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 1994 for her professional contributions to the community. She was one of Clovis' first women entrepreneurs, who sought to create a better life for her family. She was known through out the community as hard working and caring individual never afraid to extended a helping hand to those in need, whether it be monetary, groceries, or clothing.
