Mary Shimizu

Mary Shimizu was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 1991 for her service to the community. A life-long resident of Clovis, she was the secretary of the Clovis Veterans Memorial District for many years. She was a very active member of the Clovis community. She was involved in the Clovis-Big Dry Creek Museum, the Clovis Women's Club, and the Clovis Senior Center. She was a member of the Clovis Community Church, and the Fresno Buddhist Church. She was also an active member of the Fresno Fujinkai.
