John Wallace

Marine Corps veteran John Wallace was known as the television newscaster and Clovis community activist. In celebration of his 48th birthday he invited hundreds of people to this special occasion, where he was awarded Clovis Citizen of the Year. Wallace also was president for the Foundation of Clovis Schools and a Recovery Drug Program. Furthermore Wallace served on community boards: Buchanan Educational Center Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Fresno, Bulldog Foundation, Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame, California School of Professional Psychology and Private Industry Council. Wallace was a member of the Clovis Rodeo Association and Clovis Chamber of Commerce.
