Frank Drury was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 2008 as a founder. Known as the "Grand Old Man of Clovis" had lived to fulfill is two life goals: see President Franklin Roosevelt out of office and to live to be 100 years old. A resident of Clovis for fifty years he was active in improving, subdividing and building the city of Clovis and Was the owner of considerable property, both here and in the neighboring area. He was always interested in the best for Clovis and was the builder of many of the present day structures. He remained in business and was active in the community and at the age of 98 scoffed at the idea of being rolled in a wheelchair "I keep a spirited horse for that purpose" he said!
