Einar Cook was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 1975 as a charter member for his business, professional and innovative contributions to the community. His innovations helped advance agricultural machinery such as, plows and discs. Later, he would develop a patent heart pump for cardiac patients. He was a civic leader serving as: a charter member of the Clovis Unified School District Governing Board, a board of director for the Clovis Community bank, a board of director for the Valley Medical Center and a founder of the Clovis Community Hospital. The Clovis Unified School District awarded Einar an honorary doctorate of community service in 1984.
