The Clovis Masonic Lodge No. 417 was inducted by the Clovis Chamber 2011 Hall of Fame for Businesses. In 1910 the first meeting was conducted by the Lodge and on October 3, 1910, they received their charter. By 1930 they had purchased the property of the Presbyterian Church and Manse as their permanent location. The first leaders of the Clovis Lodge were also the first leaders of Clovis. The Lodge members have always been there in support of supplying community needs from war Bonds to school supplies for sports equipment to band uniforms, cooking for community events or handing out bicycles for children to get to school.
