Brian Heryford

Brian Heryford, his wife, and two sons moved to Clovis in 1976. He served as Parent Club President at Mickey Cox Elementary School. He established Cub Scout Troop 60 and coached T-ball and soccer. He served with the Clovis Veteran's Memorial District from 1985-1991 and was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Clovis. Brian joined the Clovis Rodeo Association in 1987.

In 1995, he was elected to the Clovis Unified School Board. He served as the Clovis Unified Board President for 23 years, retiring in 2019.

Brian also served with the McFarland Coffman Ag Center at Clovis East, the Fresno County Redistricting Committee, and was a delegate to the California School Board Association. He served on the Legal Alliance Committee and Election Committee. When he was inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame, Brian was an insurance agency owner and belonged to the Old Town Clovis
