Alfred Biglione was one of the first five people to be inducted into the Clovis Hall of Fame in 1975 for his business contributions to the community. He moved to Fresno at the age of 3 months and would later operate his own farm for 30 years. In 1968, he built and operated Biglione Petroleum Co. for 23 years in Clovis. As an active civic leader, Alfred was chairman of the Clovis booth at the Fresno District Fair, vice chairman of the Clovis Farm Bureau, member of the Clovis Elks Club and charter member of the Clovis Lions Club. He was on the board of trustees for Clovis Unified School District for 12 years.
